May 3rd 2008 -- Kentuck Derby Day Parade of Horses, Washington GA.

“Kentucky Derby Day” Horse parade was held in Washington, GA on the 3rd of May 2008.  Over twenty riders participated in this unique event in historic Washington GA. Photo's can be found on this site.

May 17th 2008 -- 1st Annual Classic South Horse Fair, Callaway Plantation, Washington GA

The one-day event featured demonstrations of various breeds and educational seminars relating to horses.  The fair also showcase vendors in the Classic South area who specialize in equine related products. Please support our Fair Sponsors!

July 12th 2008 -- Members Summer Social and Recognition Awards, Dancing Pines, Crawfordville, Ga. Classic South Equine Association thanks all those who contributed time and funding to making the Horse Fair a fun and eductional event.
